Working with families is a constant reminder that we are shaped and molded by our environments, family, friends, and other social interactions (or lack of thereof). Our ever evolving community consistently challenges my perspective on – my – definition of community and how I choose to be part of it. Prior to transitioning into birth-work, Ubuntu has defined my passions into a singular mission to set out on a B.O.L.D. (Build, Obtain, Lead, and Develop) journey to guide others to build, sustain, and retain your self (personhood), your wealth, and your wellness through individual and/or group interventions.

It is a privilege to now be part of so many journeys as I accompany families on their adventures to be B.O.L.D. parents!
